RouteOne provides a fast, efficient and seamless method of transferring data to Windows, UNIX or another AS400
We believe RouteOne is the fastest product available for transferring data from the AS400.
To extract and transfer data, the user simply defines the data to be extracted either from database files or spool files and provides the details of where the data is to be sent, what output format is required and any additional processing options required such as email. Once created the request can be scheduled or included as a menu option to run interactively or in batch.
Spool files can be split on a set of pre-defined conditions, creating, for instance, PDF documents that may then be emailed to the end user(s). Data appearing on a spool file may also be linked to a database file. A range of spool files may be selected for archiving by specifying criteria such as output queue or spool file name. Additionally, spool files may be moved to a different queue with the spool file being deleted after the operation.
